Stephanie Hartman, Owner

Background

I have primarily worked in large companies as an internal consultant, specializing in Organization Effectiveness. I saw how applying Change Management, Systems, and Organizational Psychology models, processes and techniques helped leaders, teams and organizations achieve incredible levels of performance.

Transition

In 2010, my husband and I moved to the Columbia River Gorge to raise our family. We enjoy the area’s natural beauty, outdoor recreation and loving community. We plan to be here for a long time and I am committed to seeing the local businesses flourish. So, I challenged myself to tailor national-level methods and models to benefit Gorge-area small businesses.

What This Means for You

If it has to do with needing people to work even better with other people, Catalyst Performance Consulting can help. Initial consultations are free of charge. You and I will talk about the challenges your business is experiencing and the possibilities you’d like to see come to life. We will explore whether my skills can be applied to address your needs. If you and I think we’re a fit, I will propose some options at various prices and levels of complexity from which you can choose. If it looks as though my skills aren’t quite a fit for your needs, I might suggest other resources.
